Confluent, a data streaming platform company, announced a new partner program Monday aimed at helping systems integrators more quickly develop and market real-time data solutions for customers.
The "Build with Confluent" program provides specialized software bundles, expert support and sales/marketing resources to systems integrators (SIs) looking to capitalize on the growing $60 billion data streaming market. It aims to address challenges SIs have faced in building comprehensive streaming offerings due to lack of resources and technical expertise.
"We're sharing tens of millions of hours of collective data streaming expertise with partners to help them deliver the real-time use case offerings that transform customers' businesses," said Paul Mac Farland, SVP of Partner and Innovation Ecosystem at Confluent. "Through Build with Confluent, we'll treat their solutions as if they were built by our own team."
The program includes a library of pre-packaged code for common use cases, allowing partners to jumpstart solution development rather than starting from scratch. SIs also get access to Confluent expertise to certify their offerings meet technical requirements.
Confluent says an "overwhelming majority" of IT leaders (86%) view data streaming as a priority investment in 2024 to power real-time customer experiences and applications. Use cases developed through early program access include a GenAI bot for airline customer support, fraud detection against voice phishing attacks, and real-time telemetry analysis.
"Our comprehensive telemetry platform offering, developed through Build with Confluent, enables real time monitoring for IoT devices with long-term storage for data analysis, processing, and exploration," said Alex Piermatteo, Associate Partner at launch partner Data Reply.
