Confluent, Inc. has been named Microsoft's OSS on Azure Global Partner of the Year for 2024, marking its third consecutive win in this category.
The data streaming company was recognized for its excellence in developing open-source applications and infrastructure solutions on the Microsoft Azure cloud platform. Confluent's offerings leverage Apache Kafka pipelines to connect real-time data, powering critical analytics and applications built with Azure services.
Paul Mac Farland, SVP of Partner and Innovation Ecosystem at Confluent, highlighted the significance of data streaming in modern technology stacks. "Data streaming is a crucial part of the modern data stack, and Confluent and Microsoft Azure play a pivotal role in enabling any company to harness its power," he said.
