Data Storage Corporation announced Monday that its subsidiary, CloudFirst, has expanded its contract with one of the nation's largest suppliers of promotional products.

The new seven-figure agreement builds on CloudFirst's initial disaster recovery solution implemented for the client in 2023. The expanded contract includes migrating the client's critical production systems to CloudFirst's data center in Chicago, providing a fully monitored and managed private cloud infrastructure solution.

Data Storage Corporation, a Nasdaq-listed company, offers business continuity solutions for disaster recovery, cloud infrastructure, cybersecurity, and IT automation.

Hal Schwartz, president of CloudFirst, said the contract expansion demonstrates the company's ability to meet and exceed client expectations.

"This contract also highlights the value of our geographically diverse data centers for our clients," Schwartz said.

The initial 2023 implementation included a comprehensive disaster recovery solution with an optimized network for high-speed, secure switching during disasters or interruptions.

Data Storage Corporation said the expanded contract reflects CloudFirst's continued success and growing market presence.
