Progress, a provider of infrastructure software, has received numerous accolades in the first half of 2024 for its employee satisfaction, executive leadership, inclusive workplace and corporate social responsibility efforts.
The company, listed on the Nasdaq as PRGS, was recognized by several organizations including the Boston Business Journal, Forbes, and MassTLC. Progress ranked fourth in the large category of the Boston Business Journal's Best Places to Work list for the fourth consecutive year.
Several Progress leaders were also honored individually. Chief Inclusion & Diversity Officer Shirley Knowles won the "Mosaic" award from MassTLC's Tech Top 50 for her leadership in developing a more equitable tech workforce in Massachusetts.
The company's commitment to sustainability was acknowledged by USA Today, which ranked Progress 13th out of 450 companies on its "America's Climate Leaders 2024" list.
Progress also received recognition for its corporate social responsibility program, Progress for Tomorrow. The company was honored by the American Business "Stevie" Awards for Achievement in Diversity & Inclusion and named a trusted corporate partner by SOS Children's Villages for the eighth time.
