SnapLogic, a leader in generative integration, announced Sunday new connectivity and support for Snowflake's vector data types, Cortex service, and Streamlit framework. The enhancements aim to help companies quickly build and deploy large language model applications using Snowflake's AI Data Cloud.
The integration allows SnapLogic's recently launched GenAI Builder to leverage vector data types in Snowflake's cloud data warehouse. This enables organizations to rapidly construct tailored, accurate enterprise generative AI applications like co-pilot assistants and automated contract redlining.
SnapLogic now also supports Snowflake Cortex, Snowflake's managed machine learning and AI service. Cortex provides scalability, security and governance for SnapLogic users developing large language model apps.
Additionally, SnapLogic added support for Streamlit, a Python framework for creating interactive data apps. This allows data engineers to directly build generative AI applications from their existing Python code without relying on application development teams.

The enhanced Snowflake integration aims to accelerate businesses' ability to gain competitive advantages from generative AI across workflows, analytics and customer service using their existing data.
